December is a very special month. We will talk about how are we preparing to celebrate the baby Jesus' birthday. Also, we will be very busy preparing for our Christmas program.

CHRISTMAS PROGRAM:
The children will entertain us with fingerplays and songs on Friday, December 14th. We hope a special visitor (Santa) has time to pay us a visit! Also, we will share the cookies (the ones you so generously donate) and punch together. We welcome all that can attend Dads, Moms, Grandpas and Grandmas too.

• Friday, December 14th at 10:45 for Mrs. Laird's classes.

We will start the programs at the scheduled times. You will receive a special invitation with all the details later, but we wanted to let you know so you will be sure to save the date.

LUNCH BUNCH:
There will be 2 Mondays (3,10), 2 Wednesdays (5,12) 1 Thursday (6), and 1 Friday (7).

HOLIDAY REMINDERS:

• Christmas vacation begins Friday, December 14, after our Christmas Program.
• Wednesday, January 2, 2008 -- school reopens

TUITION PAYMENT:
December tuition payment is due by the 1st of December. Thank you!

SCHOOL CLOSINGS:
We will follow the school closing decisions of the Great Valley School and the West Chester School District. If either school district is closed or delayed, then we will be closed or delayed as well. If either district is delayed 1 or 2 hours, we will start 1 hour late and your child is welcome to stay for a free lunch bunch by just sending in a lunch with your child. If you do not want your child to stay until 1:00 PM, you are welcome to pick up your child at 11:45 AM. Just let us know that morning.

WINTER WEATHER CLOTHING:
Please dress your child(ren) in weather-appropriate clothing. We go outside almost everyday. MITTENS are requested because most children cannot put their fingers into gloves and it takes the teachers too much time to help them. We would rather spend the time outside! Snowboots and snowpants when we have snow on the ground will allow your child to play in the snow. Send the extra clothing in a plastic bag with your child’s name on it— if you put the snow clothes in their school bag, it will get wet and no notes or art work will fit in the school bag. Thanks for your help.

APPLICATIONS FOR FALL 2008:
Applications for FALL '08 will be sent home in December and will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. Open enrollment for the public will begin in January

The Guaranteed Tuition Price Protection Program is in effect to all families’ currently registered based on our pricing schedule in September 2007. New families starting in September 2008 will be offered our Guaranteed Tuition Pricing Protection Program based on our new rate schedule for September 2008. This program offers our families fixed tuition costs for the entire time that they have students in attendance on a continuous basis.
