During the month of January, Winter will be the main topic. We will talk about and observe the weather— hopefully we will have a little snow! GREAT VALLEY AND/OR WEST CHESTER CLOSE: We will close.
GREAT VALLEY AND/OR WEST CHESTER DELAYED OPENINGS: Should GV or WC be 1or 2 hours late, our classes will run from 10:15 am to 1:00 pm. Please send your child in with a lunch. There will be no charge for a lunch bunch on delayed opening days. If you choose, you can pick your child up at 11:45 am. Listen to KYW 1060 AM radio or the major TV stations for the school numbers or visit the St Francis web site at www.stfns.com.

PARENT-TEACHER CONFERENCES: Scheduled for Wednesday, and Thursday, January 30 and 31 -- school will not be in session on these two days. Conference times will be set up shortly and a notice sent home to you. If you cannot keep your appointment, please notify us and we will reschedule at a time convenient for both of us. Conferences are limited to 10 minutes. Please be prompt. We will do our best to keep to the 10-minute schedule. If either parent or teacher requests additional time, this will be scheduled for another date.

REGISTRATION FOR FALL 08: : We are now accepting applications from those who are not presently enrolled in our school. Please pass this information on to your friends and neighbors and take advantage of our referral program for discounts for you and your referrals. Please remember that families’ currently registered and new families starting in September 2008 will have their tuition costs fixed for the entire time that they have students in attendance on a continuous basis at St. Francis.

PLEASE DRESS YOUR CHILD FOR THE WEATHER SINCE WE TRY TO GO OUTSIDE EVERYDAY. INCLUDING BOOTS WHEN NEEDED AND PLEASE LABEL EVERYTHING! MITTENS INSTEAD OF GLOVES ARE REQUESTED.
